1. 수집하는 정보

• 계정 정보 — 로그인한 경우에만(선택): 소셜 로그인(Apple·Google·카카오) 계정 식별자, 이메일 주소(Apple·Google. 카카오는 '선택 동의'한 경우에만), 표시 이름. 목적: 사용자 식별·계정 표시. 로그인하지 않아도 모든 기능을 쓸 수 있습니다.
• 설정 백업 — 로그인한 경우에만(선택): 앱 설정·테마·취향 값(JSON). 목적: 재설치·기기 변경 시 복원.

2. 수집하지 않는 것

• 오디오 파일·녹음·작업 결과물 — 절대 수집하지 않습니다. 모든 오디오 처리는 기기 안에서만 실행됩니다.
• 마이크 — Shyun.D 션디(3.0 이후): 처치실의 ‘다시 부르기’(펀치인)로 구간을 다시 녹음할 때에만 사용합니다 — 션디 안에서 마이크를 쓰는 곳은 이 한 곳뿐입니다. 녹음은 기기 안에서만 처리·저장되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 권한은 시스템 설정 › 개인정보 보호 › 마이크에서 언제든 회수할 수 있습니다. (복스코프·투티의 마이크 사용은 아래 6절)
• 파일 이름·곡 제목·작업 내용물도 전송되지 않습니다.
• 광고 식별자·추적 기술을 쓰지 않고, 데이터를 판매·광고 목적 제공하지 않습니다.

3. 보관 및 파기

• 계정 정보·설정 백업: 앱 내 '계정 삭제' 버튼으로 즉시 삭제. 사용 이벤트의 계정 연결도 함께 해제.
• 사용 통계: 최대 24개월 보관 후 파기. ※ 자동 파기 절차는 현재 준비 중입니다 — 수집을 시작한 2026-07 기준 보관 24개월에 도달한 데이터는 아직 없으며, 도달 전에 절차를 가동합니다.
• 복스코프의 곡 신청·측정 이력은 아래 6절에 따로 적었습니다.

4. 처리 위탁 및 보관 장소

• Supabase, Inc. — 데이터베이스·인증 호스팅. 데이터는 호주(시드니) 리전(ap-southeast-2)에 저장.
• 인앱 결제는 Apple App Store가 처리 (Apple 개인정보 처리방침).

5. 이용자의 권리

열람·정정·삭제는 앱 내 계정 삭제 기능 또는 문의: schizoapp@icloud.com

6. 앱별 추가 안내

복스코프 Voxscope (iOS) — 위 1~5절이 그대로 적용되며, 다음 두 가지가 더 있습니다.

• 곡 신청(선택): '이 곡도 재보고 싶어요'로 곡을 신청하면 곡 제목·가수 이름·앱의 언어 설정(ko/en) 세 값만 전송됩니다. 계정 식별자·기기 식별자는 함께 보내지 않으며, 로그인하지 않아도 쓸 수 있습니다. 보내기 전용 우편함이라 앱이 신청 내용을 다시 읽어 오지 못합니다. 목적: 다음 판에 넣을 곡 고르기. 신청하지 않으면 아무것도 전송되지 않습니다.
• 마이크: 초진에서 목소리를 잴 때만 씁니다. 녹음은 기기 안에서 분석되고 녹음 자체는 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 권한은 iOS 설정 › 개인정보 보호 › 마이크에서 언제든 회수할 수 있습니다.
• 측정 이력 동기화 — 로그인한 경우에만(선택): 초진에서 잰 수치(음역·편한 음역·정확도·안정도·음색·다이내믹·신호대잡음비·비브라토)와 측정 시각이 계정에 연결되어 저장되고, 기기를 바꾸면 되돌려 받습니다. 목소리 녹음 자체는 어떤 경우에도 전송되지 않습니다 — 올라가는 것은 분석이 끝난 숫자뿐입니다. 로그인하지 않으면 측정 이력은 기기 안에만 남습니다. 앱 내 '계정 삭제'로 계정과 함께 삭제됩니다.

투티 Tutti (iOS) — 이 방침을 함께 쓰지만, 실제로 서버로 나가는 사용자 데이터는 아무것도 없습니다.

• 계정·로그인이 없고, 사용 통계도 전송하지 않습니다(사용자 데이터를 내보내는 경로가 없습니다). 따라서 위 1절의 계정 정보·설정 백업·사용 통계는 투티에는 해당하지 않습니다.
• AI 모델 다운로드(받기 전용): 목소리 정제·울림 제거용 AI 모델 파일은 처음 쓸 때 한 번 배포 서버에서 내려받습니다. 이 요청은 파일을 받기만 하며, 오디오·개인정보·식별자를 함께 보내지 않습니다. 내려받은 뒤에는 기기 안에서만 동작합니다.
• 마이크는 노래를 녹음할 때만 쓰며, 녹음·화음·내보낸 파일은 전부 기기 안에서만 처리·저장됩니다. 권한은 iOS 설정 › 개인정보 보호 › 마이크에서 언제든 회수할 수 있습니다.
• 인앱 결제는 Apple의 App Store가 처리하며, 개발자는 익명 거래 정보 외에 접근하지 않습니다.

Summary: your audio never leaves your device. Sign-in is optional; the only data collected is account info (if you sign in) and usage statistics (only with your consent, and you can turn them off anytime — anonymous while signed out, linked to your account while signed in).

1. What we collect

• Account info — only if you sign in (optional): social sign-in identifier (Apple, Google, or Kakao), email (Apple/Google; Kakao only with optional consent), display name. Every feature works without signing in.
• Settings backup — only if you sign in (optional): app settings, theme, and preference values (JSON) for restore.
• Usage statistics (only with your consent — anonymous while signed out, linked to your account while signed in): a randomly generated anonymous device ID, event names and timestamps, app/OS version. The values attached to an event are only non-identifying numbers, booleans, and in-app screen names — app launches and which tab was visited, which feature ran and whether it succeeded or failed, vertical-video export attempts and whether they finished or failed (file names, paths, and the video itself are never sent), whether a diagnosis or practice hint was shown on screen (never its text or your pitch numbers), whether the free-save limit notice or the full-version screen was reached and whether a purchase or restore succeeded (no amounts, transaction IDs, or account details), in-app story progress (whether a reveal was seen and which one, whether a reveal was replayed later from the Ward Journal and which one, how many ward journals were collected, whether the journal and puzzle screens were opened), a daily total of how many times the rotating chart cards appeared and how many were paused on and read, per deck (the deck label only — card text is never sent), and your consent itself. While you are signed out these statistics are anonymous; events sent while you are signed in carry your account identifier (unlinked when you delete your account in the app — section 3 below). Purpose: improving the product. Nothing is transmitted before you consent; anything recorded earlier stays on your device and is deleted immediately if you choose "Don't send". Turn it off anytime — the account screen in Studio mode, the "Stats" chip in Simple mode — and collection stops immediately, with anything still queued deleted.

2. What we never collect

• Audio files, recordings, and processed results are never collected. All audio processing runs entirely on your device.
• Microphone — Shyun.D (3.0 and later): used only when the Clinic’s “punch in” re-records a selected passage — Schizo’s single use of the microphone. (Voxscope’s and Tutti’s microphone use is covered in section 6.) Recordings are processed and stored on your device only and are never transmitted. You can revoke the permission anytime in System Settings › Privacy & Security › Microphone.
• File names, song titles, and work content are never transmitted.
• No ad identifiers, no tracking, no selling or sharing data for ads.

3. Retention and deletion

• Account info and settings backups: deleted instantly via the in-app "Delete account" button; usage events are unlinked at the same time.
• Usage statistics: kept up to 24 months, then deleted. Note: the automated deletion routine is still being put in place — collection began in July 2026, so no data has reached the 24-month mark yet, and the routine will be live before any does.
• Voxscope's song requests and measurement history are covered separately in section 6.

4. Processors and data location

• Supabase, Inc. — database and authentication hosting; data stored in the Sydney, Australia region (ap-southeast-2).
• In-app purchases are handled by Apple's App Store (Apple's Privacy Policy).

5. Your rights

6. App-specific notes

Voxscope (iOS) — sections 1–5 apply as written, plus these two.

• Song requests (optional): when you ask for a song to be added, only three values are sent — the song title, the artist name, and your app language setting (ko/en). No account or device identifier is sent with them, and no sign-in is required. It is a send-only inbox: the app cannot read requests back. Purpose: choosing which songs to add next. Send nothing and nothing is transmitted.
• Microphone: used only to measure your voice during the intake. The recording is analysed on your device and the recording itself is never transmitted. You can revoke the permission anytime in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Microphone.
• Measurement history sync — only if you sign in (optional): the numbers from your intake (range, comfortable range, accuracy, stability, timbre, dynamics, signal-to-noise ratio, vibrato) and the time of the measurement are stored linked to your account, so you get them back on a new device. Your voice recording itself is never transmitted — only the numbers left after analysis. If you do not sign in, your measurement history stays on your device only. It is deleted together with your account via in-app "Delete account".

Tutti (iOS) — shares this policy, but in practice no user data leaves your device.

• There is no account and no sign-in, and no usage statistics are transmitted (the app has no path that sends user data out). The account info, settings backup, and usage statistics in section 1 therefore do not apply to Tutti.
• AI model download (receive-only): the AI model files for voice cleanup and de-reverb are downloaded once from a distribution server on first use. That request only fetches the files — no audio, personal data, or identifiers are sent with it. After download, the models run entirely on your device.
• The microphone is used only to record your singing; recordings, harmonies, and exported files are processed and stored on your device only. You can revoke the permission anytime in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Microphone.
• In-app purchases are handled by Apple's App Store; the developer only sees anonymized transaction data.
